To use these ringtones:

1. Save the file to a folder on your hard drive. This is very important. If you open the file instead of saving it, it will look like it has been added to iTunes but it will not be available when you try to sync it.
2. Double-click the m4r file and it will add itself to the ringtones in iTunes.
3. Sync the file(s) to your iPhone. They will now be available as ringtones in the settings.
